Description

A pure example of Springbank whisky, distilled in 1992 and bottled at seven years of age in September 1999 for Da Mhile to celebrate the Millennium. This organic single malt Scotch whisky was matured in first and second fill sherry barrels and bottled at cask strength. It was produced using traditional floor-malted barley and bottled without chill filtration or colouring. Only 1000 bottles of this 700ml, 58.6% ABV version were released.
