Nose
Fresh and sharp, metallic, with hints of salinity, peppermint, zesty orange, confectionery orange, and fresh oranges. Also notes of vanilla pod, malted barley, wood smoke, workshop funk, red berries and cream, tangerine peel, dunnage warehouse, maritime seaweed, sea salt, and chestnut honey.
Palate
Fresh oranges sprinkled with salt, a touch of tingling jalapeño, creamy milk chocolate, and candy floss. Thick texture, sweet and juicy, with tropical fruits, blossoming flowers, honeycomb, and a hint of salt. Super rich honeycomb and beeswax, soft earthy peat smoke and dunnage, Darjeeling tea, nutty notes of roasted almonds and sesame seeds.
Finish
Nice and long, very oily, with a hint of salt for seasoning. Medium-long, complex and gentle, with smoldering peat and machine shop. Candied tropical fruits, canned pears, apple cider, and tangerines.
