Nose
Huge cloud of Sherry, oily aromas, sugared almonds, butter, bacon and tobacco. With water, it gets much sweeter with allspice and cardamom lurking in the back and more tobacco coming through.
Palate
Spicy and sweet with a beautifully dry and long finish. The Sherry clearly has the upper hand.
Finish
Beautifully dry and long.
