Description
One of the Japanese whisky giants, Kotobukiya, or as we know them today; Suntory. The company was founded by Shinjiro Torii in 1899, first as an importer of Western wines and liquor. This ceramic decanter was released in 1999 to mark Suntory's 100th Anniversary (1899-1999). The blue ceramic bottle is engraved with white barley and is accompanied by a glamorous golden presentation case. The words on the bottle are a homage to Keizo Saji, Shinjiro Torii's second son and the second generation of Suntory, who was instrumental in making Suntory a leader in the whisky industry.
