Nose
Very fruit-forward with melons, limes, grapefruits, and tropical notes, alongside malty characteristics, eucalyptus, dunnage, tar, and horse stall. Also notes of scorched earth, harbour aromas, seaweed, woody, smoky, peppery, grassy hay, fern, vanilla stick, beer, and apple skin.
Palate
Approachable with pink peppercorns, green bell peppers, light smoke, light florals, vanilla sweetness, and minty candy. Develops an intense citrus blast with mango. Soft mouthfeel, gentle oak, heather, sweet pear-like fruits, and powerful dark smokiness.
Finish
A ripple of tropical fruit, dunnage, eucalyptus, lemons, Heath bar, and a hint of smoke. Quite quick and sharp, with iodine, long sweetness, and a lingering quality.
