Description

Tamdhu distillery, founded in 1897 in the heart of Scotland's Speyside region, is known for its rich, sherried flavor profile. This 'Old Style' bottling represents an earlier release from the distillery, which was established by a consortium of blenders. Tamdhu is dedicated to traditional methods, using only the finest ingredients and aging its whisky in high-quality Oloroso sherry casks. The distillery was acquired by Ian Macleod Distillers in 2011, who recommenced production and re-focused on single malt bottlings.
