Sweet with notes of sugar waffles, powdered sugar, citrus, honey, and vanilla, alongside hints of clay or plasticine, stewed apples, gentle oak, waxy pear skin, reed, basil, and fresh herbs.
Palate
Powerful and complex, with a smooth texture. Sweet powdered sugar, honey, kiwi, vanilla, and nutty almond notes are present, along with tingly ginger, wild geranium flower petals, subtle smoke, sweet toasted marshmallow, salted butter, soft white pepper, sharp apple, pear, waxiness, oak, fiery heat, and dryness.
Finish
Elegant and long-lasting, with coffee bitterness, mixed with vanilla, and notes of freshly cut oak, basil, and leafy herbs.
