Description

This small-batch blended Scotch whisky from Thompson Bros is composed of carefully chosen single-malt and single-grain whiskies, all aged for more than 6 years. It is blended, rested, and bottled at Dornoch Distillery. The whisky is matured in sherry casks and bottled without chill-filtration and no colouring added, aiming to celebrate sherry maturation and inspired by sherry-forward blends of the past.
