Tobermory Ledaig 20 Year Old, Douglas Maclachlan & Co. Ltd., 40%

This extremely rare 20 year old Isle of Mull single malt was laid down in the early 1970's at the Tobermory distillery and bottled under the Ledaig label by Douglas Murdoch & Co. in the early 1990's. Tobermory used the name Ledaig between 1972 and 1975 for all production, but later just used it to promote their heavily peated whiskies, which is what makes these bottling's special and helps explain their sparseness.
