Nose
There's lots of toasted coconut on the nose, it's still fresh and inviting though.
Palate
A little freshly cracked black pepper and good mouthcoating texture keeps the juicy barley moving. There's more coconut and now warm, toasted nuts.
Finish
Warming and long lasting. The finish in new charred oak brings a grippy tannin but there's sweetness from a touch of honey and citrus. Very tasty!
