Nose
Caramel and strawberries leap out, twirling with vanilla and a sugar cookie sweetness. A faint rye zing hides beneath. Sweet notes of dark fruit, red licorice, and citrus with soft spice.
Palate
Toasted caramel explodes, then dark fruit—stewed cherries and raspberries—sweeps in, coating the mouth with biscuit warmth and subtle spice. Dry, medium-thick viscosity with notes of baked biscuits.
Finish
Rye spice flickers, blending with biscuit and caramel, stretching into a medium-long glow. Medium length with barrel char and sweet herb.
