Description

A highly collectible brand of small batch rye from Kentucky Bourbon Distillers. The Willett Family Estate line was introduced in 2006, and while the distillery was silent for a period, it restarted distilling its own products in 2012. This 3-year-old rye is one of their own distillates, aged in new, seared white oak barrels. Those labelled as 'Small Batch' are reportedly limited to around 12 barrels per run. It is bottled at cask strength and is non-chill filtered.
