From Japan's Eigashima White Oak Distillery, this Akashi 6 Year Old Single Malt was initially aged for 5 years in Cognac casks before being finished for ten months in a first-fill red wine barrel. Bottled from single cask #61695 at 50% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and uncolored.
