The clean, quite refreshing finish stands out here. Rounded vanilla and pineapple meet malt, coffee bean and dark chocolate, giving this Speyside malt a pleasing mix of sweet and deeper notes.

The sweet vanilla and barley sugar notes are balanced by malt, coffee bean and dark chocolate on the palate. That contrast keeps the sweetness from taking over, with a clean, refreshing finish.

There’s a pleasing shift from rounded vanilla, pineapple and barley sugar sweets on the nose to a more grounded palate of malt, coffee bean and dark chocolate, with citrus peels adding contrast. The clean, refreshing finish keeps that richer middle from feeling heavy. It reads as a thoughtfully balanced Speyside malt, with enough character to hold interest without leaning on age or prestige.
