Description

Proudly celebrating his family's roots in moonshine production, Dariusz Plazewski set up his London-based Bimber Distillery in 2015. This is a single cask English single malt whisky, exclusive to Selfridges. It was distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2021, matured in an ex-bourbon cask and finished in a 2010 vintage Oloroso sherry butt from González Byass.
