Bimber Single Cask #93 France Edition For La Maison Du Whisky is a single malt whisky from London's Bimber Distillery. The distillery, founded in 2015 by Dariusz Plazewski and Ewelina Chruszczyk, prides itself on a farm-to-bottle approach, sourcing 100% of its barley from a single producer. This particular release, matured exclusively in an American Oak Virgin Cask, was distilled in 2016 and bottled in September 2020, yielding 257 bottles exclusively for La Maison Du Whisky.
