Description

A collaboration between Bimber distillery and Transport for London, this single malt whisky is part of 'The Spirit of the Underground' series, paying homage to London's famous underground train network. This particular release celebrates Tottenham Court Road station and was aged in a single rye cask (Cask No. 421) before 274 bottles were filled in 2023 at 57.1% ABV. It is free from chill-filtration and artificial colourings. Bimber Distillery, located in north-west London, operates a 'farm-to-bottle' approach, sourcing 100% of its barley from a single farm.
