Nose
pudding, plums and figs, stewed ham, burnt tyres; nosebleed.
Palate
wow! unexpected sweet sherry, campfire smoke, leather and jerky, jelly beans, a hint of cardamom spice.
Finish
all sherry, quite nice and long; a bit of pepperiness.
