Description

This is Islay single malt Scotch whisky from Caol Ila. It was distilled on 8 December 2009 and matured for 14 years in a single bourbon hogshead until it was bottled on 11 December 2023 for the Cask Strength Collection by Signatory. Naturally, this is presented at cask strength, a hefty 57.1% ABV, and just 295 bottles were filled.
