Description

Daftmill Distillery is a single malt Scotch whisky distillery located at Daftmill Farm in the Howe of Fife, Scotland. It is a farm distillery, owned and operated by the Cuthbert family, producing whisky only during the farm's quiet periods in mid-summer and winter. This 2007 Winter Batch Release was distilled in November 2007 and bottled in 2019, after 12 years of aging in seven first-fill ex-bourbon barrels. It is a limited edition with 1785 bottles produced for the UK market.
