Description

Daftmill is a farm distillery, owned and operated by the Cuthbert family, that runs during the farm's quiet periods, producing a limited number of casks per year. This Daftmill 2007 Winter Batch Release 2020 is a Lowland single malt distilled from Optic barley grown on the farm, and matured in seven first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels.
