- Dried orange, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutty malt. Grassy and light with cereal notes and digestive biscuits. Freshly cut Valencia oranges, toasted crushed nuts.
- Palate
- Fruit scones and currant buns, resinous oak with boozy fruit and soft herbal undertones. Custard creams, heather honey and cookie dough. Pancakes with warm currants and sultanas, tropical fruit juice, garden herbs and slightly medicinal oak. Punchy, with a hint of cloves.
- Finish
- More herbs creep in with a touch of almond butter, baking spice, soaked sultanas, and green, peppery oak. Long with raw fruit cake mix, almonds and fresh peppery notes. Very smooth and long.
