Dalwhinnie Lizzie's Dram is a Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, a limited edition of 7,500 bottles available only at the distillery. It is dedicated to Elizabeth Macpherson (also known as Elizabeth Stewart), one of the first female General Managers in Scotch Malt Whisky distilling, who worked at Dalwhinnie Distillery for thirty years. This whisky was matured in eight American White Oak casks and was made in her honor after her retirement in 2018.
