- Sweet ly roasted chestnuts with smoked almonds, seaweed and kippers with anchovy butter. Wafts of smoke from burning coconuts combined with freshly baked multigrain bread.

- Nut oils and salted cashews, digestive biscuits and dark chocolate, cold coffee and peat. With water, salty seaweed and brine aromas, aniseed, rock pools and barnacles on muddy welly boots.
