One of two malt distilleries in the Scotch whisky holdings of Angus Dundee Distillers, under whom its single malt brand has quietly developed strong reputation. It was built in 1825 by George Cooper and prior to the 21st century was mostly utilised for the provision of various blenders. Just 1,600 bottles of Glencadam 25 were released in 2016.
