Nose
Very clean and appetising, with a gentle floral character. A delightfully complex spicy and perfumed nose.
Palate
The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice. There is a much greater presence of peat in the taste than the nose suggests. The smokiness quickly hits the palate and then tapers off.
Finish
The finish is surprisingly long and warming. Lingering.
