Nose
A delicate aroma with concentrated and syrupy fruitiness, like molten boiled sweets, juicy fruit chewing gum, pineapple jelly, and aged mead.
Palate
Extremely rich and very balanced in flavour, with a superb, syrupy, and gently oily texture. Hints of pear eau de vie, creme de menthe, rum n raisin ice cream, raspberry jam, and soft waxes.
Finish
Rich and smooth, long, rather orangey and abundantly fruity, with citrus pith, olive oil, mint, apricot jam, and dried thyme.
