Description

Glengoyne was founded in 1833 under the name Burnfoot Distilleries. The brothers Gavin and Alexander Lang bought the distillery in 1876. Ian Macleod acquired Glengoyne and the Lang Brothers brand in 2003. Glengoyne Burnfoot Lang Brothers is a travel retail exclusive created in honor of the distillery's history. First released in 2007, the whisky was partly matured in first-fill sherry casks and contains single malts up to 34 years old.
