Nose
Lots of rich and sweet aromas right off the bat here! Vanilla and bourbon-like sweetness, soft spices, red berries and fresh, red fruit.
Palate
Rich and warm. Thick and savoury mouthfeel. Honey-like. Caramel, fudge, black and white pepper, and thick caramel sauce. There's a touch of dryness.
Finish
Fizzy! Soft spices, and hints of peppermint and other fresh herbs. Light wood notes, still a touch dry.
