Fragrant and delicate with notes of fresh pineapple, hibiscus, lemon sherbets, malt, ashy smoke, maple syrup, confected toffee, green apples, grapes, and minerality.
Palate
Herbaceous with undertones of dried apple granola, caramelised puffed wheat, buttered popcorn, honey, toffee, vanilla, bold ashy smoke, damp moss, chalky minerality, peaches, candied lime, green apple, charcoal, white pepper, white chocolate, and brioche.
Finish
Long and mouth-watering with savoury notes, damp moss, drying charcoal-like ashiness, citrus, orchard fruits, smouldering bonfire peat smoke, malty biscuits, honey, toffee, vanilla, salted lemons, and a piquant freshness.
