Kilchoman Cognac Cask Matured 2023 Release is an Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky, fully matured for a minimum of six years in 32 French oak Cognac casks from Tonellerie Bossuet. Distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2023 at 50% ABV, this limited edition is non-chill filtered and has no added color, balancing Kilchoman's heavily peated spirit with herbaceous and sweet spice notes from the Cognac casks.
