Description

This is the third Offerman Edition, a tribute to the actor Nick Offerman whose Ron Swanson character in the sitcom Parks & Recreation is a champion of the Lagavulin distillery. Offerman is also a boatbuilder and woodcrafter in his spare time, and this Lagavulin has been matured in heavily-charred bourbon and red wine casks as a reflection of this other key passion. This 11-year-old Islay single malt Scotch whisky was released in 2022 and is known for its intense peat and smoky character, designed to be the perfect pairing for a medium-rare steak. It has received accolades such as Double Gold at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
