Description

Midleton Very Rare 2013 is a premium blended Irish whiskey, an annual limited release from the Midleton Distillery in County Cork, Ireland. This edition is particularly notable as it was the last to be selected by legendary Master Distiller Barry Crockett, who oversaw its production until his retirement in 2013. It is a non-age statement whiskey, containing a blend of pot still and grain whiskies aged between 12 and 25 years. The whiskey is matured in a combination of first and second fill ex-bourbon American oak barrels, with some finishing in virgin oak. Each bottle is individually numbered and presented in a wooden display case.
