An independent bottling of 27-year-old single malt Scotch whisky distilled at Mortlach distillery in 1988 and bottled in November 2016 by William Cadenhead for the Sherry Cask Wood Range. Matured in an oak sherry butt and bottled at a natural cask strength of 52.6% ABV from an outturn of 498 bottles.
