Nose
A sophisticated and complex bouquet with rich notes of aged oak and caramelized sugars, hints of dried apricot, fig, and dark cherry, intertwined with delicate floral undertones, cinnamon, star anise, and a signature Nikka maltiness.
Palate
Remarkably smooth and full-bodied, delivering sweet vanilla and toffee, robust oak, dark fruit, plum, candied orange peel, and a persistent nutty character. Also features liquorice, malty tones, robust cereals, and fine spice.
Finish
Long, warm, and exceptionally elegant, with notes of toasted oak and dark dried fruit, soft baking spices, a gentle dryness, espresso, and a subtle waxy quality. Also described as clean, crisp, and smooth with lingering liquorice and black pepper.
