- Nose
- Open and dry, with a soft and velvety texture, offering spicy woody notes and fruit jam. A delicate smoky veil emerges, followed by peat, ash, wood, dark chocolate, and leather. Also, fresh citrus peels, medicinal peat, brine, black pepper, orange, liquorice, lemon juice, smoked tea, smoked oysters, kippers, iodine, apples, peaches, green melons, newly cut grass, chives, vanilla, and a biscuit-like element.
- Palate
- Dense and full with woody, sweet, mineral, and smoky peaty flavours, all perfectly balanced. Big waves of fresh citrus peels, medicinal peat, brine, and black pepper, with notes of orange and a burst of liquorice. Oily, slightly peppery, with hints of furniture polish, duct tape, and seafood. Spicy notes of nutmeg and pepper, with honeyed sweetness. Powerful with nutmeg, cinnamon, milk chocolate truffle, pecans, and creamy toffee.
- Finish
- Soft and calm, with oak, light smoky-peaty notes, and remnants of creamy sweetness. Chocolate, leather, and tobacco linger. Very long and warming, with smoke and pepper mingling with vanilla and seafood notes. Beautifully sharp and invading.
