Redbreast 21 Year Old is the flagship of the core range, a Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey triple distilled at the Midleton Distillery. It is matured for at least 21 years in a combination of American bourbon barrels and first-fill Spanish Oloroso sherry butts, resulting in a complex profile of tropical fruits, spices, and rich oak.
