Sweet, soft, and inviting with notes of honeysuckle, orange, lemon zest, green apple, and freshly risen bread dough. Hints of mocha, vanilla, caramel, and chocolate-covered fruitcake with cinnamon and beeswax.
Palate
Smooth, creamy, and vibrant with sweet citrus, caramelised fruit, floral barley, and vanilla. Notes of toasted nuts, dried banana chips, figs, maple syrup, baked apple, peaches, and chocolate ganache, with a spicy edge of coriander, pepper, and lemon.
Finish
Smooth with light toasty oak, a peppery spice tingle, and a creamy, violet-scented aftertaste. Consistent notes of apple, pear, apricot, and golden raisin with caramel, vanilla, and butterscotch.
