Description

The Legent Yamazaki Cask Finish Blend is a limited-edition bourbon that combines Kentucky craftsmanship with Japanese finesse. It starts as an eight-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon, which is then finished and blended at the Yamazaki Distillery in Japan. The bourbon is matured in French oak wine casks, Spanish oak sherry casks, and ex-Yamazaki sherry casks, resulting in a complex and harmonious balance of oaky warmth, smooth brightness, and a distinctly long finish with hints of spice. This release is a collaboration between Fred Noe of Jim Beam and Shinji Fukuyo of Suntory.
