Fruity and floral with notes of barley, oak, dried fruit, apple, lemon, licorice, vanilla, and a tang of peat.
Palate
Sweet malt, firm body, fresh apples, pears, honey, mild vanilla, green tea, ginger, grapefruit, nutmeg, gentle peat, almond, butterscotch, banana, navel orange, and a deep, dense peatiness.
Finish
Clean, dry, fairly short, with spicy pepper, toast, marmalade, mint jelly, honey, mild smoke, vanilla, eating apple, subtle smoke, a hint of brine, mellow oak, and peat notes.
