Nose
Seaweed and old oranges, with smoke in the distance and some chalk. Surprisingly fruity and juicy, with notes of passion fruit, lemon, oak furniture, cider apples, banana, fudge, Mandarin orange, licorice, and brown sugar.
Palate
Gentle start, with acidity and saltiness that builds in intensity. Sweet notes of orange, banana, fudge, and brown sugar develop to dry, toasty flavors of white pepper and chilies. Heather, roses, salted caramel, chili chocolate, smoky barley, and nectarines, with a creamy and waxy texture.
Finish
Long, slightly bitter and very drying with a little smokiness. The smoke becomes sweet, along with cedar wood. Fading jammy sweetness and pepperiness, with a warming effect.
