Creaminess with poppyseeds, vanilla beans, cheese danishes, dried currants, plums, and complex spices like clove, sarsaparilla, candied ginger, and cola syrup. Also rich plum sauce, dates, cherries, apple, raspberry, salted caramel, milk chocolate, sea salt, grape tannins, baking spices, lemon citrus, leather, tobacco, almonds, and cashews.
- Finish
- Very long with huge oak, spice, tropical fruit, creamy coconut, papaya, lime, preserved cherries, and melon. Notes of chocolate babka, Dr. Pepper, black peppercorns, deep rancio, darker fruits like raisins and cassis, candied red fruits, and allspice.
