Nose
Chocolate brownies, chicory coffee and figs. Fragrant and fruity beneath. Vintage leather, oak, and honey notes, subtle vanilla hints underneath and just a touch of cinnamon. Lots of sherry.
Palate
Thick start before a little smoke, tomato puree, nuts and treacle toffee. Reminiscent of a brandy de Jerez. Vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon notes dominate at first, revealing a nice toffee and caramel sweetness. Bitter chocolate, praline, and treacle toffee.
Finish
Charcoal. Rich finish appropriately dusted with bitter chocolate. Fades to a slight touch of salt. Nice and complex!
