Nose
Pipe smoke, citrus, and waxy leather notes with a beautiful sweetness, prominent oak. Some floral and malty hints.
Palate
Peat and wood smoke, which then gives way to a sweet, complex profile. Intense toasted malt-oak intensity before it drifts back off into bourbon-land. Gentle sweetness with hints of spice.
Finish
Quite bitter but not in a bad way, with grapefruit and spicy notes. Slightly bitter honeycomb and waxy-though the demerara sweetness continues. Medium length & Spicy.
