Description

The Scotch Malt Whisky Society was founded in Edinburgh in 1983. This is SMWS Cask 3.360, a 21-year-old Bowmore from The Creators Collection, part of the 'Peat Plants II' series. It was distilled on 16th February 2004 and matured for 17 years in an ex-bourbon hogshead before being transferred to a first fill ex-bodega Pedro Ximénez barrique for finishing. It is a single cask, non-chillfiltered, peated whisky bottled at 54.8% ABV, with an outturn of 244 bottles.
