It is heavily peated to 40 PPM and matured in a complex combination of first-fill bourbon, second-fill sherry, ex-virgin Oak, and Rhone Valley red wine casks. This expression is known for its nuanced, approachable peated profile, balancing smoke with complex flavors of dried fruits, spices, and a hint of sea salt. It was conceived, distilled, matured, and bottled exclusively on Islay.
