Description

Nestled in the idyllic Cotswolds region of England, Cotswolds Distillery, established in 2014, produces this award-winning Signature Single Malt Whisky. It is crafted using 100% locally grown, traditionally floor-malted Cotswold barley. This no-age-statement expression is matured in a combination of first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and highly active STR (Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred) ex-red wine barriques. Bottled at 46% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and natural in colour, offering rich, bold, and fruity notes of honey, red fruits, and a hint of treacle.
