Nestled in the idyllic Cotswolds region of England, sits the eponymous distillery founded by Daniel Szor. They have been producing fine spirits since 2014, including Gin, Absinthe and cream liqueur. However, perhaps most significantly (for us at least) 2017 marked the release of their first whisky, finally having come of age after three years of maturation. This expression was distilled in 2018 and matured for over 4 years in a single Oloroso sherry hogshead. It was bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at 54.2% abv.
