Description

One of Glasgow's Premier Independent Whisky Bottling Companies, North Star Spirits, established in 2016 by Iain Croucher, is dedicated to unearthing hidden gems. This intense and complex independent bottling of Craigellachie was distilled in December 2013 and bottled in September 2022 at 8 years old from a Pedro Ximénez Octave cask. This release is limited to 267 bottles.
