Daftmill is a farm distillery owned and operated by the Cuthbert family, located in the heart of Fife, Scotland. This 2012 Summer Batch Release was distilled in 2012 from Concerto barley grown on the distillery's own farm and matured for nearly 13 years in first-fill bourbon barrels before being bottled in 2025. It is a limited edition of 5,250 bottles, presented at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, and with natural colour.
